The staff at Shadycreek are friendly, nurturing and loyal.  Each staff person has been carefully chosen to meet the educational as well as the social/emotional needs of the children in their care.

Shadycreek values consistency in staff/child interactions.  Even though the staff operates as a unit in caring for every child in our program, staff are assigned to specific groups and work together within the classroom to develop relationships with the children in their group.

When hired, staff must complete a Level II Background Screening prior to entering the classroom. Staff complete 24 hours of continuing education yearly to meet our Apple Accreditation standards and also participate in yearly performance evaluations.

Pam Perez has owned and dircted Shadycreek sice 2005, purchasing the facility when the original founders, the Sedlaceks decided to retire.  Pam has a BA in Elementary Ed. and over 35 years of teaching and directing in Early Childhood.
